Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for tnldetailing.com, the website of TNL Detailing, a mobile auto detailing business operating in and around Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one — it is optional
• The address where you would like the work done, and the town it is in
• Details about your vehicle, and any notes you add
• The service and add-ons you selected, and the date and arrival window you picked
• Photos you upload when a job has to be quoted from photos rather than priced up front
• The name of the person who referred you, if you tell us, so we can apply the referral discount

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details. There is no checkout on this site — payment happens in person when the work is finished.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the work you asked about, to turn up at the right place at the right time, and to apply any discount you are owed. That is all.

We never sell your information, rent it, or share it with anybody for marketing.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox by email using a service called Resend, which handles the sending on our behalf. Your message passes through their systems in order to be delivered and is not used by them for anything else. Nothing you submit is stored in a database on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages lead to a booking. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects a limited, non-identifying picture of your visit — pages viewed, roughly where in the country you are, and what kind of device you used. We cannot see who you are from it.

We also record when somebody taps a phone number or completes a form, as an anonymous event, so we know which parts of the site are actually useful.

We may in future use Google Ads conversion tracking, which works the same way: it tells us that an advert led to a booking, without telling us who booked. This policy will say so when we do.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings stay in our email so we have a record of the work — typically for around two years, which covers a repeat customer coming back the following season. Photos submitted for a quote are deleted once the job is quoted or declined. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (724) 421-9729 and we will take care of it. There is no form to fill in.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
